Double Stuffed 2/3 Balloon Ring

This is the standard 5 foot tall balloon ring.
HOWEVER, every balloon is double stuffed.
This is a different look than the usual ring. The balloons have a more opaque, sturdy look and feel.
If you are interested in double stuffed balloons, it's a beautiful look, but double the material and work.
This balloon ring is 5 feet high, once filled with balloons is about 6 to 61/2 feet high and wide.
